Barre on a Bridge
It’s been 3 months since I first started my barre classes at Barre Evolution and I can honestly say I’m addicted to it! I guess it’s not a bad thing to be addicted to a fitness routine because it’s definitely changed my body in a good way. Other than getting in shape, I love shopping their workout gear in their BE retail boutique. They carry some of the coolest brands like Teeki, Onzie, Hard Tail, and Free People so you can easily go from barre to street.
Plus there’s more than one reason to come to Barre Evolution next Tuesday because almost every business in The Shops of Mt. Pleasant where they’re located in is doing something special as well. 7 Gypsy is offering 25% storewide, plus enter to win a free handbag and a $100 gift certificate. Other businesses like Sugar Snap Pea, Play Garden, Blend Juice Bar, and Embler’s Jewelers are also having specials. To find out more details click here.
I had so much fun on my impromptu barre session on the new bridge in Shem Creek. I love that you can pretty much do barre anywhere! Stay tuned for their pop-up barre classes that they’ll be doing in the new year. I especially loved their Barre on a Boat on the Carolina Girl. What better way to do barre than on a yacht with amazing views of the water and bridge with your friends?
I’m offering a little discount at Barre Evolution too. Just mention CURATOR for $10 off a 5 Class Pack.
