Charleston’s jewelry designing scene is exploding, but there are a few veterans that are well known in their industry. Christina Jervey is one of the leaders in the local scene that has been making her jewelry for several years now. Her textured, organic wearable works of art are inspired by nature and are one of a kind. Using sterling silver and 14k gold her jewelry spans from the daintiest diamond ring to thick bold cuffs.
Other than her online shop you can find her designs at Maris DeHart, The Spa at Belmond Charleston Place, Gwynn’s, and The Resort Shop. She also recently opened up her studio downtown at 58 Broad on the second floor where you can peruse her collection and watch her do her metal smithing. Christina Jervey’s talent is recognized beyond Charleston and has been featured in national publications such as Southern Living, Garden and Gun, InStyle, Lucky, and Redbook.
Christina Jervey has been focusing on her custom pieces and fine jewelry. Whether she is creating a wedding ring or repurposing a family heirloom, Christina delivers a unique and modern twist to traditional design.
Tune into Lowcountry Live this Friday at 10am to see more of Christina Jervey’s jewelry and hear about her story. This Fashion Friday is all about local jewelry designers so you don’t want to miss out!
