Spartina 449 is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year with their newest collection: “Ten Tails” featuring a whole collection of gorgeous new apparel including dresses, tops, skorts, kaftans, kimonos, scarf ponchos, plus coordinating accessories such as handbags jewelry and more. I’m teaming up with them so you can get this look for less by using code ANDREA at Spartina 449.com or you can use in store at 300 King Street for any one full price item. Don’t wait because it expires on 4/30/19.
Proving that the lowcountry is a hotbed for creative talent Kay Stanley and Curt Seymour founded the brand in January 2009 on Daufuskie Island. All Spartina’s colorfully whimsy products are designed in the Lowcountry and draw inspiration from the history, culture and beautiful natural environment of the Lowcountry. Business is booming for Spartina 449 with 9 of their own stores including their 300 King Street location in Charleston and carried by more than 1,500 specialty boutiques across the country.
One of my favorite features of the Spartina 449 clothing line is how soft and comfortable the fabrics are. This one-size-fits-all comes in four different colorways and is a lightweight, soft viscose linen blended fabric perfect for layering when then there’s still a chill in the air like today. Most of their clothing is made with Peruvian cotton and are machine washable and exactly what you want to pack for that tropical vacation.
